actively seeking dedicated BCBA candidates to join our dynamic
team. As a BCBA at ALFS, you will contribute to the development,
evaluation, and implementation of treatment plans. Be a part of an
interdisciplinary treatment/educational team focused on enhancing
the lives of children and their families. Professional Skills &
Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communicator, the ability
to interact well with children, work cooperatively as a therapy
team member, and work well independently. Experience writing
assessments, data collection, and graphing The BCBA position
requires the individual to have a minimum of a masters degree in
applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Licensed Behavioral Analyst
needs proper licensure/certifications in Pennsylvania Needs to be
proficient in conducting FBA'S Needs the CEU'S to conduct RBT
supervision Job description Implement clinical service delivery
goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
Complete all required training for state and local licenses,
certifications, clearances, and formal training. Write and
implement behavior management plans utilizing Applied Behavioral
Analysis to teach kiddos independent functional skills. Conduct
Functional Behavior Assessments to determine functions of behavior.
Provide training for parents/guardians on the ABA interventions
used in the treatment plan so they may implement the skills across
settings. Create graphs based off of data to track progress of
clients. Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians working with
clients and their families
