Job Description Company Description We specialize in couples counseling and intimacy therapy. Must be able to work in person up to two days a week and work from home. Opportunities to run workshops and groups as well. Role Description This is a contract role for a Marriage and Family Therapist. The role is hybrid, requiring the individual to work in Philadelphia, PA, with some flexibility for remote work. Daily responsibilities include providing relationship counseling, sex therapy, family therapy, and individual counseling, addressing diverse mental health needs, and creating treatment plans to support clients in achieving their goals. Additional duties include maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with other professionals where necessary to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Expertise in Relationship Counseling, Family Therapy, and Counseling Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health principles and practices Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals, couples, and families Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of electronic health record systems is a plus Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
