Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to
join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a
seasoned sales professional to drive our business forward in the
manufacturing industry. The Sales Director will be responsible for
selling dry ingredients to B2B clients, leveraging their hunter
mentality to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
This role requires a high degree of cold calling and prospecting,
and the successful candidate will be expected to meet or exceed
sales quotas consistently. With a minimum of 5 years of experience
in a similar role, the Sales Director will be a key player in our
organization's growth and success. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and
execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for
products and services. 2. Identify potential clients, generate
leads, and close sales to exceed sales quotas. 3. Utilize a hunter
mentality to seek out and secure new business opportunities. 4.
Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to build a strong
pipeline of potential clients. 5. Maintain a deep understanding of
our dry ingredients and their applications in the manufacturing
industry. 6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships. 7. Understand and navigate complex sales processes,
negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements to maximize
profits. 8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop
effective sales strategies and promotional materials. 9. Monitor
market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify
opportunities for growth. 10. Provide accurate sales forecasts and
reports to the management team. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5
years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry,
specifically with dry ingredients. 2. Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales quotas. 3. Strong experience in B2B
sales with a hunter mentality. 4. Proficient in cold calling and
prospecting to identify new business opportunities. 5. Excellent
negotiation and closing skills. 6. Strong understanding of the
manufacturing industry and dry ingredients. 7. Exceptional
communication and presentation skills. 8. Ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients. 9. Strong analytical
skills to understand market trends and make strategic decisions.
10. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently. 11.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
