let's connect! As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, your
duties will include: Being the first point of contact for customers
when they reach out in person and guiding them through their needs.
Understanding customer problems thoroughly and offering accurate,
helpful, and effective solutions related to our client’s products
and services. Identifying opportunities to introduce and sell
relevant telecom products and services to customers, ensuring they
understand the benefits and value. Fostering trust and loyalty with
customers through positive interactions, attentive service, and
follow-up, aiming for long-term satisfaction. Adapting
communication styles to suit different customer personalities,
backgrounds, and technical understanding, ensuring clear and
respectful interactions. Representing our client's values,
professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction in all
interactions, upholding a positive brand image. Staying up-to-date
with the latest offerings, features, and troubleshooting techniques
to provide the most current and comprehensive support. Working with
Customer Service / Sales Representative team and upper management,
sharing insights, and aligning with management's goals to achieve
collective success. An effective Customer Service / Sales
Representative must have: A High School diploma or equivalent
(required) A Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field
(preferred) Prior experience in a client-facing role is an
advantage Excellent communication and people skills Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive in a
high pressure setting A residence in New Jersey (or willing to
relocate)
