The Verizon Account Representative will be reposible for: Effectively address and resolve complex customer escalations. Maximize each interaction to drive sales or customer retention through delivering a premium service experience, fostering customer loyalty to Verizon. Adopt a proactive service approach, anticipating and resolving both current and future customer issues. Advance business growth by conducting comprehensive end-to-end account analyses. Implement strategic initiatives focused on retaining high-value and at-risk customers. Enhance customer experience by identifying potential churn indicators and leveraging historical data. Independently utilize various systems, tools, and resources to offer customers all applicable solutions. Represent the Verizon brand and advocate for customers by showcasing the full range of products and services in every interaction. Make informed business decisions that prioritize both customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Work with other Verizon Account Representatives on issue resolution and how to recommend tailored plans, products, and services to prevent future customer inquiries.
