The role involves working closely with other teams to design, implement and maintain systems that support the efficient and effective functioning of the organization. In addition, the Technical Systems Analyst has experience in process optimization and is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement within the organization. The Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions.Responsibilities--- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.--- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.--- Develop and maintain system documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.--- Work with the IT team to design and implement software solutions that align with the organization's goals.--- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that systems meet functional and performance requirements.--- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they are able to use systems effectively.--- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.--- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the organization's technology remains current and relevant--- Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.--- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.--- Where applicable, develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on user requirements.
