Import Coordinator - $55K Annually
Aprile USA Inc. is searching for an Import Coordinator to join our team in our office located in
Avenel, NJ.

The successful candidate will work within the company, and coordinate ocean, air, and trucking
import shipments.

In this fast-paced and exciting role, the selected candidate will be working closely with
customers, vendors, third party companies and colleagues, as well as other US branches and
offices worldwide.

Salary: $55K per year medical, dental, vision 401k plan

General work activities include but are not limited to:

• Entering shipment details into the system
  
• Communicating swiftly and professionally with the SSL, clients, overseas agents and
  carriers
  
• Filing ISF
  
• Sending out arrival notices, monitoring shipments, providing LFD
  
• Coordinating inland/delivery moves with assigned truckers
  
• Billing (cost and revenue)
  
• Other activities related to A-Z shipment coordination
  Qualifications & Key Competences:
  
  • 1 year experience in the freight forwarding industry
    
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, good judgement, discretion, and
    problem-solving abilities
    
  • Resilient and proactive attitude with passion to succeed and learn
    
  • Dynamic and goal-oriented ability to work in a team environment
    
  • Ability to successfully develop and maintain positive client and vendor relations.
