The Global Manufacturing & Supply FP&A group is looking for a **Senior Financial Analyst** who will be responsible for month end close transactions, preparation of account reconciliations, and analysis and review of financial information. This position will provide financial and accounting support to the Engineering, Procurement, and Global Quality teams.

This is ahybrid role with **three** days in office in our Bridgewater, NJ HQ.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Analyze COGS, margins, purchase price and production variances
  • Responsible for planning and forecasting for various business partners including Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Global QA organization
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations
  • Record monthly adjusting entries and accruals
  • Analyze inventory reserves and calculate projected obsolescence based on historical trend
  • Prepare and analyze standard monthly management reports
  • Assist with compiling annual standard costs
  • Ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled monthly
  • Provide analytical, accounting and reporting support to the Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Global QA organization, including monthly fluctuation explanations of actuals vs. plan/forecast
  • Capital expenditure financial and narrative development and tracking
  • Monthly review of global obsolescence and variance analysis
  • Monthly review of global months on hand and variance analysis and generating reports through Alteryx and Tableau
  • Monthly capital & expense project variance analysis as well as support Global Capital Management process.
    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all SOX compliance related to the above duties
    • Assist in month end reporting including account reconciliations, JE organization, and compilation and analysis of reporting package
    • Assist in quarterly and annual financial and SOX audits
    • Assist the Consolidation group during quarter end close
      Required Skills, Experience & Education:

      • **5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in the pharmaceutical industry**
      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is required and CPA a plus
      • Public Accounting experience a plus
      • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior management
      • Ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas to build and maintain reports used for budgeting and forecasting
      • Hyperion experience a plus
      • Prior inventory, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
      • Interested candidates must possess high ethical standards, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong technical and analytical skills, and be a team player
      • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to implement process improvements, create efficiencies, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Demonstrates high level of maturity, self-motivation, and team-orientation
