Job Description:

Provides exceptional customer service to our international customers
Minimal understanding of commercial production
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to international customers. Sending samples to customers.
Performs online market research on new clients to determine business viability.
Works with graphic designer to make sure packaging, product instructions, inserts, etc., are per clients request and instructions.
Maintains database of product commercials & packaging. Fulfilling client requests for masters & copies. Filling skills are required.
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates:
Able to travel 3 - 4 times a year for trade shows with the team.Required
