Job Description:

Blazerworks, a reputable healthcare staffing company, has partnered with a school district in Warren County, NJ, to fill a rewarding full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team and provide exceptional speech and language services to students in an educational setting. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff regarding accommodations and strategies to promote effective communication in the classroom
Stay up to date with current research and best practices in the field of speech and language pathology Requirements:
- Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of New Jersey
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
