Ref ID: 02720-0012596357Classification: Accounts Payable Supervisor/ManagerCompensation: $80000.00 to $90000.00 yearlyA well-established multi-billion-dollar publicly traded fashion company located near Warren, NJ, is looking to add an Accounts Payable Supervisor to their division near Branchburg, NJ. This Accounts Payable Supervisor candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and an overall direction to the staff of the department.Responsibilities:--- Responsible for daily review / reconciliation of bank reports--- Supervise daily work of 6 direct reports and/or be backup as needed of Direct Reports who are responsible for processing invoices in S4 as well as o Ariba PCard Reconciliation o Ariba system o IDOC (Interface) reconciliations o Corporate invoices o Processing utility invoices o US and Canadian American Express Card Account Reconciliation AP Administrator o Tommy Hilfiger Licensing Invoices--- Process manual payment runs as needed--- Review daily vendor maintenance report--- Process all voids/stop payments of checks--- Prepare and apply manual wires for Canadian and USD currencies--- Investigate and resolve ACH & EFT bank rejections--- Escheatment process--- Create, verify accuracy of complex templates and upload/release using Winshuttle and/or SAP S4 HANA upload tool--- Review and post invoice batches--- Run reports in SAP and oversee retrieval of invoices for Audits as needed--- Write/conduct performance appraisals for direct reports--- Review and approve direct reports timecards in Kronos--- Handle e-mail & telephone inquiries--- Assist in other AP assignments when requested--- Backup for other Supervisors in their absenceRequirements:--- 1-2 years of Supervisory experience--- 5-8 years of Accounts Payable experience--- Associates Degree in Accounting or Equivalent--- SAP Proficient/ SAPS4--- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.--- Outlook--- Strong organization skills--- Strong communication skills--- Knowledge of SAP Ariba a plus
