Description

We are a small animal practice that is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be dependable and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with an outgoing, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task, handle heavy phone lines, and computer proficiency are a must. Cornerstone experience preferred.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones, schedule appointments, scan records, prepare charts, etc.
Greet clients and assist with checking out.
Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of hospital.
Be friendly and client oriented
Ability to work as a team, and relay information correctly.
Proficiency with multi-line phones and computer systems.
