Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition

Pay range:- 1,80,000-2,00,000/PA + Benefits
Job Purpose:
As Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Americas you
will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment
strategies and initiatives that support the broader Business
objectives within Americas region, with a focus on executive level
recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
This is a unique time to help continue the development of Client's
recently formed Talent Acquisition function. Reporting into the
Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll have overall
responsibility for the delivery of TA into 11 countries across the
Americas region. As a member of the Talent Acquisition leadership
team you'll work across the TALT and with our external RPO partners
to drive excellence.
As the Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Americas,
you will:
Define the Regional recruitment strategy with a focus on executive
sourcing and translate the strategy into recruitment objectives,
policies, and processes applicable throughout Consumer
Hands on delivery of searches at VP and SVP level, working with
external search firms as appropriate
Ownership of relationships with HR Directors and their teams,
Executive Team Members
Management of 1 x direct team member plus leadership of RPO
teams
Input into overall direction of global recruitment strategy,
guidelines, and procedures concerning staffing best practices,
systems, and methodology and ownership of Regional strategy
Responsible for the results of all staffing objectives within the
region by optimizing time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, customer
experience, and the quality of candidates and hires
Strategic consulting to leadership team to diagnose and define
critical talent needs based on business strategy
Coach, influence and engage senior line and HR leadership around
talent acquisition, building personal credibility and leveraging
this to drive value for the business
Accountable for the development and delivery of a plan to source
external talent and broker internal talent based on the outputs of
talent reviews and succession plans
Drive effective candidate outreach through targeted advertising
campaigns, drafting compelling job postings, social media
engagement and management of referrals in partnership with
recruitment marketing
Manage supplier relationships, ensure vendor performance metric,
and lead the relationship with the senior management of external
partners
Manage and follow-up on service level agreements (SLA), manage
budget, follow-up of invoicing, cost management, escalate issues,
and influence for corrective actions to be taken
Collaborate with Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing in
delivering specific recruiting campaigns within Region
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, new
technologies, labour laws, and legislative initiatives that have
short- and long-term implications on the business
Work across with the business and HR team to deliver bespoke
projects and campaigns to drive continuous improvements
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required
Experience creating solutions to improve recruiting delivery
particularly within Manufacturing/Supply Chain
Extensive Talent Acquisition experience across multiple countries
within Americas region
Knowledge of local legal framework in combination with global
requirements
Experience working with and influencing Executive Team members and
senior HR leaders
Experience of budget management
Interviewing and selection techniques
Excellent business acumen
