Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Our goal is to schedule meetings with decision maker---s To be successful in this role-- you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to build relationships, schedule meetings, and start the process of closing a deal. We provide excellent training, but you should also be comfortable/confident being on the phones If you are motivated, results-driven-- and enjoy working in a team environment-- we---d like to meet you. Ultimately-- you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Responsibilities: -- Contacting prospective clients, this includes following up with warmer leads -- Staying up to date with new services/products and plans -- Entering information into our CRM based on conversations -- Communicating information to clients -- Participating in sales meetings during the introduction -- Maintaining customer info and records -- Setting up meetings for clients and executives -- Reporting to business development management when required -- Taking phone calls daily, sending emails, and follow ups -- We supply 75% of the leads, and train you on finding your own Skills and Experience: -- Experience being on the phones -- Experience within sales or lead generation is a plus -- Proven record of achieving a specific quota -- Able to use multiple platforms/multitasking -- Understanding and analyzing the sales metric system -- Great negotiation skills -- Able to suggest ideas and give effective presentations -- We have full training, but experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, are all a plus Benefits and Compensation We offer a competitive benefits package including -- Health Insurance, medical, dental and vision -- 401k plan -- 9 Company paid holidays -- 20 days of accrued Paid Time Off -- Salary $45,000 plus commission Schedule -- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm -- Remote work not available
