Achieve financial objectives by analyzing variances, benefit budgets, and reviewing expenditures. Participate with others in strategic developments primarily involving workers compensation, benefits renewal, and wellness programs. -Daily Tasks Include:
  • Administration of health benefits as well as assisting Associates with benefit questions or issues
  • Administration of two 401K plan for union and non-union Associates
  • Managing and tracking all FMLA eligible instances
  • Tracking of all Workers Compensation and Disability claims
  • Administration of Wellness plansACA and Compliance
    • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience Preferably in HRPreferred: SHRM-CP or PHR Certifications7-10 years of HR Benefits ExperienceExperience with ADP SystemKnowledge of benefits, policies/procedures, and HR LawsExcellent computer skillsProficient in Word and ExcelMust be proactive, good communication and follow-up skills, a team player, work independently, investigation and negotiation skillsMust be able to pay attention to detail, be a good listener, work independently, proactive, make sound judgement on problemsTime management is very important as well as to keep all information confidentialThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
