Job Description:

The Principal Strategic ABM Segment Marketer is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of 1:1 account-based marketing programs in support of delivering business results for top 36 enterprise prospect accounts as well as iCIMS 'Strategic' customer accounts. This role reports to the Snr. Dir., Demand Generation.

  • Development and implementation of be-spoke 1:1 executive ABM campaigns aligned with overall demand generation and revenue goals for top 36 enterprise prospect and iCIMS Strategic customer accounts
  • Partner with Sales leadership on top 36 prospect accounts based on methodology and partner with sales on development of account plan for 1:1 ABM. Partner with Strategic account management team on development of account plan for 1:1 ABM
  • Partner with cross-department members and sales leadership on program execution for both prospect top 36 and strategic customers
  • Measure both quantitative and qualitative KPIs to consistently measure effectiveness of campaigns
  • Continually research best practices, data, and insights to evolve marketing campaigns/plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and keep accounts engaged and on track based on overall marketing campaign strategy and timelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership team and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, including funnel optimization, annual planning and other special projects
  • Prepare Executive level presentations for relevant project status reporting and other uses
    8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, 3+ years on ABM campaigns, executive 1:1 preferredDemonstrated success developing and implementing successful strategic/enterprise marketing strategies across a broad mix of integrated marketing approaches (digital, social, public relations, events, ABM, etc.)Ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally with the marketing & sales leadership, management peers, and internal and external customers Proven track record of building productive executive relationships with key accountsPrevious experience marketing to and communicating with C-level and SVP-level audiences in Fortune 2000 accounts preferredPragmatic, metrics driven approachStrong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detailStrong collaborator and articulator of ideas/strategiesAdvance analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior experience with marketing tools including Salesforce and Marketo
