These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead execution of brand plans for the US Nicorette and NicoDerm businesses. This includes assisting in the development annual business plans as well as long-term strategy. Assist in the development of the Omnichannel strategy to support delivering brand sales, share growth, increasing penetration, and building brand equity. Responsible for the execution of industry leading activation plans grounded in deep consumer understanding, insights, and data analytics that are brought to life with great creative & execution. This includes consumer communications, promotional tactics, TV, social, and digital media marketing campaigns, management of a digital quit support ecosystem, retail & digital commerce activation, and enhancing the consumer experience through all touchpoints to achieve business objectives. Demonstrate consumer obsessed creative bravery, agility, and data-driven insight to help the brand breakthrough in new, engaging, and persuasive ways. Help build meaningful, humanity-focused, relevant, and distinctive brands. Enhance the digital customer experience journey. Partner to drive consumers through the purchase funnel from awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty within our holistic digital quit support ecosystem. By utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, leading effective & efficient digital activation, executing DTC marketing, and leveraging 1P data. This includes digital & e-commerce strategy and tactics. Track & measure brand health and performance metrics. Identify drivers and drainers across the business to achieve marketing effectiveness and consumption growth. Identification of opportunities and development of a business case and recommendations that garner stakeholder buy-in and leadership approval. Exhibit & further develop business management operational fundamentals such as financial & analytic skills including P&L stewardship, budget management, performance tracking, data analysis to inform recommendations, forecasting, S&OP and demand planning partnership, and project management. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, sales team, and agency partners to advance the business. Lead cross-functional and agency teams. Manage agency relationship and inspire them to bring forth best-in-industry work. Work closely and build strong relationships with the sales organization to drive brand health, 4P execution, and customer relationships Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years prior industry experience Experience managing multiple programs, marketing plans, and working with cross functional teams Experience in delivering insight-based communications, strategies, programs, or activations that deliver brand share growth Experience in analytics, with data reports, budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA Consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical marketing experience Demonstration of consumer obsession Prior experience in the following areas: Revenue growth management, go-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, advertising/media planning, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, product management, project management, brand portfolio management, and innovation.
