Litigation Paralegal Bronx, NY We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in personal injury litigation who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What You’ll Do: Draft and prepare summons, complaints, bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery demands, and motions . Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and case strategy. Conduct client meetings to gather information, provide case updates, and ensure strong communication. Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and trial preparation documents. Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and cases move efficiently through the legal process. What You’ll Bring: 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law . Bilingual Spanish skills required. Proven expertise in drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery, and motions . Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
