Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal Salary: Up to $105K Location: New York, NY Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office) What You'll Do: Conduct cite-checking and ensure proper legal citation compliance using The Bluebook . Provide support throughout the litigation process , including discovery, court filings, and trial prep. Utilize Relativity to search, code, and export documents for discovery and litigation. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other databases. Assist in docketing procedures and managing critical case deadlines. Draft legal documents and correspondence, ensuring they meet the firm's standards. Organize, maintain, and update case files and records in iManage . Compile and analyze litigation-related data for concise reports, correspondence, and communications. Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and clients in a team-oriented environment. Assist in trial preparation and attend hearings and depositions when necessary. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment. Strong cite-checking skills and familiarity with court rules and procedures . Proficiency in Relativity , including document management and e-discovery. Expertise in legal research platforms like Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg . Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records. Technical proficiency in iManage , MS Office Suite , and Adobe Acrobat . Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills , with attention to detail and precision.
