Construction Defect Commercial Litigation Attorney Position
Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation
Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will
handle a variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing on
construction defects and other related litigation matters. This
position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to
navigate the complexities of federal and state court systems. Key
Responsibilities - Represent clients in commercial litigation
matters in federal and state courts - Conduct thorough legal
research and prepare legal documents, including motions and
pleadings - Manage discovery processes, including depositions and
document review - Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel
to clients - Negotiate settlements and represent clients in
mediation and arbitration - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
relevant laws and regulations - Collaborate with other attorneys
and staff to ensure effective case management Qualifications -
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Active
state bar membership - Minimum of 5 years of experience in
commercial litigation - Strong knowledge of construction defect
litigation - Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting
depositions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - For this
position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
