As a Family Law Paralegal, you will support our attorneys on matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and adoption. Draft and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, affidavits, and court orders tailored to individual client needs. Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to support case preparation and strategy. Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and deadlines are met.
