passionate Assistant General Counsel to join our dynamic healthcare
team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a
strong background in professional liability to play a critical role
in our organization. As an Assistant General Counsel, you will be
responsible for providing expert legal advice, guidance, and
support to ensure that our organization is operating within all
applicable legal parameters. This role involves a high level of
interaction with senior management, making it a highly visible and

Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide
range of issues related to professional liability, including
malpractice claims, risk management, and patient rights. 2.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement
effective legal strategies and policies. 3. Review, draft, and
negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 4.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings, ensuring the best
interests of the organization are protected. 5. Stay updated on
current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect the
organization, and ensure compliance with the same. Job Details
Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. 2. 7-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably
within the healthcare industry. 3. Significant experience with
professional liability, including malpractice claims and risk
management. 4. Excellent knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations,
and industry trends. 5. Strong negotiation skills with a track
record of successful contract negotiation and drafting. Interested
