repair and maintain multifunctional printers and copiers, ensuring
customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. The Digital Print
Field Service Technician key responsibilities are: Diagnose and
repair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional
devices. Provide exceptional customer service while on-site at
client locations. Maintain accurate records of service and
inventory. Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure readiness
for repairs. Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanical
issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional equipment, with
basic familiarity in network setup being a plus. Willingness to
learn newest technologies for printer and document management Why
