Activation Analytics team oversees our media-based analytics
programs and omnichannel campaigns, defining reporting programs
that define key business outcomes, objectives and key performance
indicators (KPIs). The team develops the tracking infrastructure
and creates data-informed narratives that can apply to real-world
business opportunities and challenges. The SVP Activation Analytics
role is accountable for the performance and results of reporting
programs, processes, and outputs, as well as championing new ways
to support clients and internal corporate analytics initiatives
with a data-driven focus. The SVP leads a team of Director of
Analytics and their direct reports who are running the analytics
programs within each portfolio in addition to data science talent.
This leader, in collaboration with MarTech, Strategy, and Applied
AI peers is responsible for identifying gaps and opportunities to
help the agency consistently grow and innovate. Duties and
Responsibilities Oversee Fingerpaint Marketing reporting and
analytics programs across all portfolios. As Activation Analytics
leadership, work closely with the data engineering team, digital
strategy team, and cross-office leaders to continue to grow and
optimize Fingerpaint’s data initiatives, analytics programs, and
practices. Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and
analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic
decisions Examine, interpret, and communicate results and business
impact of analytical initiatives to key internal stakeholders and
client teams Support omnichannel initiatives and coordinate with
leadership and marketing technology on methodology and execution of
customer campaigns Oversee team management, reporting objectives,
and key performance indicators process to identify trends and
evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives Develop
and own analysis approach for engagement activities, targeting
analysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests with a focus on
omnichannel Develop models and synthesize recommendations on best
path forward for specific products Oversee projects and provide
guidance to project team on research and client-related issues Own
and direct all aspects of client development and direction; ensure
client satisfaction with project deliverables Manage direct reports
and mentor staff outside of direct report responsibility Provide
subject matter expertise to internal and external customers
Requirements and Experience Minimum of 15 years of analytics and
reporting experience, with a background in pharmaceutical and
digital marketing (can be combination of client and agency
experience) Expertise with Tableau and programming languages like
SQL Familiarity with syndicated data sources (eg, IQVIA, claims
data, etc) Understanding of and experience using analytical
concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development,
designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions,
and developing actionable recommendations Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and management skills are required Working knowledge
of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping,
collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and
cloud-based data sources Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and
analytical abilities Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage
workload and meet project deadlines Must enjoy working in demanding
environment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organization
