Job Description:
Project Manager - ERP Implementation We are seeking an
experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our
client's NetSuite ERP and expense management systems. This key role
will coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring project
alignment, vendor accountability, and timely delivery of critical
milestones. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and
integration of NetSuite ERP across departments. Develop and manage
project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure vendor
adherence to scope, budget, and deliverables. Lead communication
between stakeholders, including F&A teams, ERP vendors, and
external advisors. Manage risk, issues, and status reporting for
leadership and stakeholders. Scope and prioritize future system
enhancements for Phase 2 functionality (e.g., revenue recognition,
incentive compensation management). Required Experience: 10 years
of experience, including 5 years managing ERP implementations.
NetSuite ERP implementation experience is required. Proven success
delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (or
equivalent experience). What We're Looking For: Exceptional
