A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Python/Data Scientist. Position type: Contract Duration: Long Term Location: Jersey City, NJ/Plano, TX (3 Days Onsite) As a Python/Data Scientist, you will: Job Description : ? Define and drive the AI architecture roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. ? Design end-to-end AI and machine learning system architectures, including data pipelines, model training/inference environments, and model governance frameworks. ? Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms. ? Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to architect scalable and reusable AI solutions. ? Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, performance monitoring, explainability, and ethical AI. ? Lead technical assessments of AI initiatives, identifying risks, trade-offs, and performance considerations. ? Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to business challenges. Qualifications: ? Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. ? 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with 4 years in an architectural or leadership role. ? Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (Python, Java, etc.), and cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). ? Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time inference systems. ? Solid understanding of data governance, model risk management, and responsible AI principles. ? Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Preferred Skills: ? Experience with GenAI (e.g., LLMs, transformers) and prompt engineering. ? Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture. ? Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
