lists. Overview The Senior Manager, Data Enablement, Global
Commercial Reporting is a critical member of the team ensuring that
the Commercial organization has robust dashboards and detailed
requirements to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role
will partner with Enterprise Data Warehouse delivery team to ensure
key data processes are operating efficiently, monitor data quality
and work on reporting improvement initiatives. This person will
play a pivotal role in the development of a best-in-class
Commercial reporting platform. The Manager will work closely with
Commercial Effectiveness, IT, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and
Patient Services colleagues. The individual must be comfortable in
operating in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to
the Senior Director, Data Enablement – Commercial and Corporate
Reporting and is based in our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters
location. Responsibilities Overview The Senior Manager, Data
Enablement, Global Commercial Reporting is a critical member of the
team ensuring that the Commercial organization has robust

Manager will work closely with Commercial Effectiveness, IT,
Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Patient Services colleagues. The

environment. The position will report to the Senior Director, Data
Enablement – Commercial and Corporate Reporting and is based in our
Bridgewater, NJ headquarters location. Responsibilities Monitor
daily dashboard performance, identify issues, work with IT to
resolve and communicate issues/resolution to key business partners
within the Commercial team to ensure Data Quality. Document and
ensure that business rules and requirements are thoroughly
understood, captured, and implemented Work closely with the Data
Governance team to ensure that business rules for metrics and key
definitions are accurately implemented within reporting tools.
Review and ensure Access Control is followed and reviewed to ensure
teams have the proper profiles and visibility. Create good
documentation, data flows, and architecture to ensure data literacy
and data quality. Review new dashboard and reporting tools with
Legal and Compliance for approval Ensure timely delivery of new
dashboards and reports through effective project management. Build
close relationships with Commercial team members to understand
business drivers and key metrics within analyses, such as HCP
targeting and tiering, alignment, and incentive compensation. Work
with Marketing to ensure Marketing Cloud, SMS, Survey and Web
analytics are properly documented and reported. Ensure Data
Governance driven processes such as PDRP excluded HCPs and excluded
specialties are implemented in dashboards are reporting tools.
Investigate data anomalies in source tables to fully assess issues
and provide context to facilitate their root cause analysis and
speed resolution Facilitate large ad hoc data pulls for one-time
analytics projects when needed Use data to understand business
processes and make recommendations for improvement. Keep abreast of
new reporting advancements and data strategies and bring forth
recommendations for Commercial Effectiveness and IT Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in
pharmaceutical/biotech in business intelligence tool development,
business analytics, and/or Commercial IT supporting role required
Commercial Pharma/Biotech industry experienced highly preferred.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Qlik required Deep understanding of
analytical needs required; business analytics experience preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data (e.g., third-party claims data,
HUB data, HIPAA requirements, specialty pharmacy, payer,
longitudinal patient-level data) required Minimum of 2 years'
experience with SQL or other similar relational database query
language required Data Strategy and Governance understanding
preferred Familiarity with data catalogs, data lineage tools, and
metadata management systems. Project management skills preferred
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work
independently and cross-functionally as required Must successfully

other position specific competencies. Salary Range $111,000 -
