Join the Commercial & Investment Bank Learning Team! As a Learning
Senior Specialist in Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) team, you
will provide best-in-class training to support the business
priorities and to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Our training programs are distinguished by extensive business
engagement with CIB professionals actively involved in training
design and instruction on a global basis. You will partner closely
with the business, Human Resource Business Partners and Specialists
to support training and development programs for professionals. Job
Responsibilities Provide end-to-end project management and
coordination of numerous aspects of our Investment Banking and
Markets training programs, including classroom, virtual or on
demand offerings Manage nomination/participant lists, send
communications, produce training materials, reserve conference
rooms and manage set-up, arrange audio/visual, order catering, etc.
Serve as logistical point of contact for individuals attending
programs Assist in scheduling of internal speakers/subject matter
experts and/or vendors and collect presentations for programs
Ensure accuracy and organization of data in Learning app (the
Learning Management System), training calendars, shared drives, and
intranet sites Create learning surveys, as well as other ad-hoc
reports when needed Manage budget, create purchasing orders,
allocate invoices to appropriate cost centers and track in
spreadsheet for each of the businesses Assist with special projects
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelors' degree
required or 1 years of relevant learning and development, program
and / or project management experience Meticulous attention to
detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to effectively
prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Superior
teamwork skills and willingness to seamlessly back-up team members
on the fly Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to
meet deadlines and produce quality results Strong written and oral
communication skills Flexibility in work hours when required by
training programs Driven, enthusiastic and positive "can-do"
attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
