Job Description Job Description Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience of management and/or supervisory in the Emergency Department. -Demonstrates leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing. -Excellent creative skills, ideas to improve existing programs. -Ability to determine appropriate action in complex situations. -Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling work. -Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner. -Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner. -Services, processes, ideas that have an impact on this job and the department.
