Job Description:
Title: Payroll Coordinator (onsite) Location: Mountain Top, PA
Responsibilities The Payroll Coordinator, will be responsible for
ensuring core Payroll processes including payroll and workforce
administration are executed consistently and effectively while
meeting the needs of the sector teams. Their team will be
responsible for coordinating payroll administrative processes for a
plant of approximately 210 employees by working with local business
teams on weekly inputs, transacting payroll for plant, and best
practice ways of working. Accountabilities: Manage and executing
weekly payroll activities including employee data management,
payroll, and workforce administration Provide coaching and
development of payroll backup to build process knowledge,
capability, and utilization of best practices Provide Subject
Matter Expertise (SME) level support to business leaders and
administrators on payroll processes and GBS services Lead strategic
process improvement for manager self-service and other people tasks
to improve location leader capability and ownership Implement
consistent processes and execution across each market to create
efficiencies and improve service quality Troubleshoot payroll
issues, escalate matters to Global Business Services (GBS), HR
Operations team or HR Service Center as needed. Partner with GBS,
HR Operations to provide feedback on systems, report challenges,
and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for system
users Act as the region liaison to provide ongoing feedback on HR
operations priorities and continuous improvement opportunities to
enhance service delivery across GHRO, GBS, Alight, and other
service delivery providers. Support the ongoing transition of
activities/tasks to GBS as they are identified, documented, and
operationalized Support ad hoc payroll projects and initiatives
across the plant. Compensation and Benefits: The expected
compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000
based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related
skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting
salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid

working in Payroll preferred Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills
(Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) Knowledge and experience of
working with HR & Payroll systems such as: Kronos, Employee
Central, SAP, and Service Now Differentiating Competencies
Required: Ability to multi-task and manage through competing
priorities Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability
to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what
is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports Flexible and
able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple
projects with strong organizational skills Strong attention to
detail and interest in building a career in HR
