Job Description:
This job opportunity is for a Line Cook in a full-service Indian
restaurant chain responsible for efficiently preparing and cooking
a variety of Indian dishes at a designated station on the kitchen
line, following established recipes and techniques, with a focus on
maintaining quality, consistency, and speed to meet customer orders
in a fast-paced environment; key duties include prepping
ingredients like vegetables, spices, marinades, grilling meats,
cooking tandoori items, frying appetizers, and assembling dishes
while adhering to proper food safety and sanitation standards.
Typical hours are 11am - 8pm; 6 days a week, with some required
shift flexibility on weekends. Pay and benefits are competitive and
based on experience.
