Candidate must have completed transplant training. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in transplant, pulmonary, and critical care. *Must have Lung Transplant Fellowship and recent clinical program experience. Active NJ license preferred, as this is an emergency need and temp privs will be granted. Specialty: Lung Transplant Coverage Dates Needed: ASAP-11/01/2026 Please list any anticipated procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and anticipated volumes. Bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tubes Description of Work Assignment Provider will be needed 40 hours per week 1 week Inpatient and on call; 1 week OP clinic Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: IP 8-4 and on-call; OP 8-4 On call? Yes Patient Load: Average: IP 8; Clinic 15 Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): BC in Pulmonary and BC in Critical Care Is there additional support staff? Multidisciplinary Lung Transplant Team Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? With Medical Director of program PulmCrit Fellows rotate through lung transplant Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them?
