Job Description:

Board Certified/Board Eligible Addiction Medicine Physician to join
St Charles Hospital- Chemical Dependency Inpatient Program and
outpatient clinics. Join our growing physician network of more than
3,600 physicians in Suffolk, Nassau and Queens County. Catholic

Certification/Board Eligible Internal, Family Medicine, Psychiatry
or Emergency Medicine - Fellowship in Addiction Medicine - NYS
MD/DO License - Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with
the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote
a culture of patient safety and participate in performance

faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors,
including a candidate’s education, training, skills, licensure and
certification, competencies and other relevant experience. The

other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and
