Job Description PM&R Physician – Inpatient Rehabilitation Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) Quick Screening Checklist Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Licensure: New Jersey medical license required (active or eligible) Availability: Full-time or Part-time options available Schedule & Patient Volume Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Volume: Expected 18–22 patients per day Call: TBD Market: Brand new market for the group Practice Environment Structured compliance program in place Documentation and coding supported through MD Coder app (simplifies charge entry and coding) Compensation & Employment Employment Structure: Physicians typically employed as W2 Part-time roles may be 1099 Base Salary: Staff Physicians: $180,000 guaranteed Medical Directors: $200,000 guaranteed Productivity Bonus: After meeting productivity threshold: 70% of billings Typical Total Earnings: Average range: $230,000 – $425,000 with salary production bonus Benefits (W2 Physicians) Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Organization Overview Nationwide physiatry group 100 physicians employed nationwide RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
