Job Description & Requirements Interim Nurse Manager StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $150000.00 - $160000.00 Interim Nurse Manager Needed in Danbury, CT! The Position - An Interim Nurse Manager is needed to provide leadership for NICU and Pediatric units in a hospital setting. - Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 65 FTEs. - Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day unit operations, promoting initiatives to improve the patient experience, fostering collaboration with physicians, supporting staff, and assisting in clinical care as needed. - The ideal candidate will have NICU and Pediatric leadership experience, a demonstrated ability to lead diverse clinical teams, and a hands-on approach to unit operations. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - BSN or advanced degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. - Current CT RN license. - Minimum three years of bedside experience, with at least two years in a relevant leadership role.
