Job Description:

Frontline Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients who are suffering from mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping them lead better lives. This position requires effective communication, empathy, and an ability to follow detailed therapy plans. Assist in evaluating patients' conditions and needs to develop a suitable therapy plan. Implement therapeutic activities and exercises as per the occupational therapist’s directions. Record patient's progress and provide feedback to the occupational therapist. Educate patients and families about at-home therapies and strategies. Ensure therapy area and equipment are prepared before sessions. Adhere to patients' safety and privacy regulations as per healthcare protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in following complex written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively in teams High empathy and patience with clients Good physical condition to perform physical tasks required by the role Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure required.
