Job Description:
Job Description A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in
Coatesville, PA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a
temporary full-time contract (6–12 months) with the option to
transition into a permanent position. This is a great opportunity
to provide high-quality primary care in a supportive, team-based
setting while helping expand access to care in a growing community.
Position Highlights - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM - Setting:
Outpatient primary care (no inpatient, no call) - Volume: 17–20
patients per day - Support: Full team including MAs, care
coordinators, and behavioral health staff - EMR: AthenaHealth
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $210,000–$230,000 (depending
on experience) - CME: $5,000 5 CME days - PTO: 33 days total
(vacation, holidays, CME, sick) - Malpractice: FTCA coverage (no
tail required) - Retirement: 403(b) with employer contribution -
Relocation Assistance: Available - Loan Repayment: NHSC eligible -
Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
Qualifications - MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Family Medicine - Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility) -
Experience in FQHC or community health preferred - Strong
commitment to serving underserved populations About the
