Job Description Job Description Lead Workplace Health. Drive Real Impact! We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and oversee our Occupational Medicine program. This is a clinical leadership role combining direct patient care, regulatory oversight, team supervision, and program strategy. If you’re confident managing both people and process — and want to shape a high-performing employee health program — this role offers real influence. What You’ll Do? Clinical & Patient Care Provide direct care including assessments, wound care, medications, screenings, and vaccinations Perform occupational health testing (EKGs, drug screens, audiometry, vision, etc.) Respond to workplace injuries and urgent situations Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation Program Leadership Partner with the Medical Director to oversee the Occupational Medicine program Supervise and mentor clinical staff Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and related regulations Manage medical surveillance programs and workplace health initiatives Monitor KPIs and use data to improve program performance Serve as liaison for audits and employer partnerships What You Bring? BSN required; Master’s preferred 3 years of leadership experience in occupational or employee health Strong knowledge of OSHA, Workers’ Comp, ADA, FMLA, and related standards Experience with EMR systems and reporting tools Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Why Join Us?
