Heart of the Role As a Clinical Manager, you are the bridge between
a family’s fear and their peace of mind. You aren't just an
administrator; you are a mentor, a clinical strategist, and an
advocate. You will lead a dedicated team of field nurses in Hudson
County, ensuring that our "little heroes" receive the
sophisticated, high-tech care they need in the comfort of their own

with parents and physicians to ensure care plans aren't just

field, keeping your skills sharp and staying connected to the
patients who need you most. What You’ll Bring to the Team We aren't
looking for a resume; we’re looking for a person. To succeed here,
you need a balance of high-tech expertise and high-touch empathy.
The Credentials: A current NJ RN License and a degree from an
accredited School of Nursing. The Expertise: At least 1 year of
pediatric home care experience. You must be an expert in
Tracheostomy and Ventilator care —you’ll be the "go-to" for your
staff. The Spirit: You are a natural leader who can think
critically under pressure and communicate with warmth and clarity.
The Commitment: Reliability is a must. You’ll manage a 40-hour week
that includes regular home visits and occasional overnight
check-ins to support our tireless night-shift heroes. A Total

Salary: $95,680 per year. Immediate Recognition: A $3,000 Sign-On
Bonus to welcome you to the family. Work-Life Balance: Our on-call
rotation is designed to respect your time. Phone support only one
night per week, and a weekend rotation only every six weeks (with
