Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team of
professionals in providing tailored rehabilitation therapy services
in healthcare facilities. Our focus is on delivering personalized
physical therapy that responds to the specific needs of our
patients, ensuring their optimal recovery and enhanced quality of
life. As part of our team, you will work in a supportive

growth. Assess patient conditions through interviews and physical
examinations to develop appropriate therapy plans. Implement
therapy plans effectively, modifying them as needed to ensure
maximum patient benefit. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to integrate physical therapy treatment with overall
patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic
exercises and home therapy solutions to enhance recovery. Maintain
accurate patient records and document patient progress. Participate
in ongoing training to stay abreast of advancements in the field of
physical therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to
design and execute detailed, effective therapy plans. Proficient in
the use of physical therapy equipment and techniques. Capability to
handle the physical demands of the job, including moving patients.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy
license. CPR/BLS certification required.
