Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health
conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient
population. This Psychologist position is in an outpatient clinical
setting where you will interact directly with patients. You will
quickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care with
internal and external providers by forming excellent
provider-patient alliances. If you have/or are willing to obtain a
Licensed Psychologist licensure in the state of Minnesota, you will
have the flexibility to work from home to deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care and remotely engaging in a collaborative,
supportive clinical environment. Primary Responsibilities: -
Conduct individual and/or family sessions based on ethical and
medical necessity guidelines - Develop and coordinate a clinical
treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of
patients presenting mental health conditions - Conduct
psychological assessments and interpret results - Involve patient
and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate - Lead crisis
intervention methods and provide insight into the development of
functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans - Complete
clinical documentation according to policy - Participate in
clinical meetings. Supervision if applicable, and continuing
education requirements for MN and other states if dually licensed

Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted Licensed Psychologist
license in the state of residency - Active and unrestricted
Licensed Psychologist license in the state of Minnesota OR willing
to obtain licensure in Minnesota - 2 years of experience providing
direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families - Basic
understanding of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to work at least 1-2 evenings until 6:00pm -
Distraction-free space in home for home office - Access to
high-speed internet Preferred Qualifications: - Licensed Health
Psychologist (multi-state licensure and PsyPac member) - Board
Certified Supervisor - Experience with health psychology -
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations -
Experience working with computers for professional communication
and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other
EMRs) - Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in
an outpatient clinical setting - Knowledge and experience in
providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based
interventions - Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments,
general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an
outpatient clinical setting - Ability to represent the practice in
community presentations and lectures *All employees working

Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $89,800 to
$176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
