We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a significant impact in our organization. -Role Overview:

• Work within an expanding Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model
• Assume responsibility for the nursing management of patients in the GI consult service
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with medical management of ambulatory GI patients
• Perform outpatient assessment and offer patient and family education
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-upKey Qualifications:
  • New York State RN license and BSN
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of oncology experience preferred
  • Strong medicine/surgery assessment skills
  • Related ambulatory oncology experience
