Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse (LPN or RN) to oversee health
and wellness in our senior community in Ellensburg, WA.
Join a caring team focused on providing high-quality care and
enhancing residents' quality of life.
Responsibilities include ensuring resident satisfaction, managing
care issues, training staff, maintaining policies, supervising
hiring and discipline, overseeing medication programs, and ensuring
accurate documentation.
Qualifications include a positive attitude, at least 3 years of
leadership experience, previous senior living administrative
experience, proficiency in computer systems, and a fingerprint
clearance card.
