Job Description:
Occupational Therapist position providing evaluation and
treatment for patients with various diagnoses in an acute care
setting.
Compensation: $50.50 - $68.18/hour, based on experience.
Shift: Days, 8 hours, with variable days off; 80 hours per pay
period.
Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and
student loan forgiveness program.
Responsibilities: Assess, identify, and treat deficits impacting
self-care, mobility, cognition, behavior, and perception; educate
patients and caregivers for safe techniques.
Requirements: California OT license or limited permit, current CPR,
with 1+ year experience preferred.
Skills: Clinical competence, professional judgment, communication,
sensitivity, and ability to meet patient goals.
