Job Description:
We provide in-home rehabilitation services, including Physical,
Occupational, and Speech therapies, helping patients regain
independence in their communities.
The Occupational Therapist delivers physician-prescribed therapy,
monitors patient progress, and collaborates with healthcare teams
to develop and adjust care plans.
Offers $85 per visit, flexible schedules, and supportive
management.
Qualifications include a valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy
license, preferably 2+ years of experience, and a master's degree
in occupational therapy.
Locations include Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten
Island, Nassau County, and Westchester County.
Position types: Contract, Per diem, with work primarily on the
road, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Requires initiative, independent judgment, and at least 1 year of
relevant experience.
