Job Description:
Elmora Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking for a RN
supervisor for our 3-11 pm shift. Elmora Hills has a dynamic
nursing team and is looking for a strong RN leader to join an
exciting group!Job Description:- RN Nurse will provide leadership
and supervision to nursing staff including assignments- RN nurse
will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in
collaboration with the healthcare team- Ensure compliance with
policies, procedures, and protocols- Monitor and maintain patient
safety and quality of care- Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and interdisciplinary team members including doctors-
Provide support to patients and their families- Manage new
admissions and collaborate with doctors on plan of
careRequirements:- Valid RN license.- RN must have strong clinical
assessments and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment- Demonstrated leadership abilitiesAPPLY
