• JOB SUMMARY
  • Our Long Term Care/Subacute unit consist of 124 bed. Working a fast paced environment, the incumbent will be responsible for assessment, clinical documentation, medication and treatment. Incumbent will be responsible for admission, discharge and transfer of residents, obtain and transcribe physician s orders. The position requires 67-100% standing. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and provide continuity of care and service for each resident under the direct supervision on the Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and Physician.
  • Educational Skills Required (Degree(s), Certification(s), License, etc.)
    • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
    • Work Experience Required
