Job Description:

• JOB SUMMARY
  • Trinitas Intensive Care Unit is a newly expanded unit with additional 3 beds to its previous 22 bed capacity. We provide management of acutely ill patients with lift-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment, high- intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance. Our care management consists of care bundles based on evidence based practices that are executed with compassion and caring. Intensive care nurses work with all patients and their families to create healing, humane, and caring behaviors under safe environment while focusing also on patient advocacy. They are supported by a clinical nurse specialist that provides education and opportunity to learn. They are also assisted by a clinical coordinator who takes charge 24 hours/day.
  • Educational Skills Required (Degree(s), Certification(s), License, etc.)
    • Current New Jersey Professional Nurse License; Ability to perform all competencies of the position is required for employment in the position; CPR and ACLS within six months of employment in this position.
    • Work Experience Required
