The Shift Supervisor will make rounds to observe residents and nursing care on all units.Responsibilities: Review and evaluate resident care plans with staff. Provide for quality resident care by utilizing the abilities and capabilities of staff members. Integrate the nursing plan with the medical care prescribed. Provide for the proper transcription and execution of physician orders. Responsible for proper and accurate documentation and maintenance of clinical records. Provide direct resident care as needed. Assist and direct personnel in organization of workload to meet the needs of the residents. Supervise and evaluate performance of nursing personnel on all units.Full Time, 11pm-7amEducation/Experience: Current New Jersey RN license. Experience working in long-term care.
