Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff-to-client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.In a recent survey, over 84% of our employees were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" working at Monte Nido & Affiliates!We are seeking Primary Therapists for our Clementine Cherry Hill program, located in Cherry Hill, NJ.Clementine Cherry Hill, a Monte Nido Affiliate, is a program for adolescents aged 12-17, which offers a model of treatment that blends the personalized and medically sophisticated care for which we are known, with the latest research and strategies for adolescents suffering from eating disorders. Located in a private residential area, this highly specialized medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical approach integrates comprehensive academic and family support within an intimate home setting. We work together to heal the entire family - instilling hope and trust.Responsibilities Include::Providing individual, group, and family therapyServing as liaison with families and outpatient providersInteract with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization managementParticipating in discharge and aftercare planningTherapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with foodProvides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identitiesQualifications::Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimumState license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.G., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)At least one (1) year of related experiencePrior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpfulKnowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practicesOur benefits are excellent and include paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, company-paid life and disability insurance, great medical and dental plan choices, vision, and many other insurance options to meet the needs of you and your loved ones.Counselor, social worker, marriage and family therapist, inpatient, counseling, therapy, LMHC, registered, behavioral health professional
